You will design site development projects, including buildings, recreational facilities, trails, drainage, and related site features, using Civil 3D and related tools. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and 2+ years of relevant design experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with project teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture.
• 2+ years of qualifying civil engineering design experience.
• Knowledge of site planning and land development.

Aufgaben

• Develop construction documents for site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review and respond to plan comments from internal QC and city reviews.
• Assist engineers, landscape architects, and project managers with specs.
• Prepare communications, applications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with municipal codes and geotechnical reports.
