Job summary

McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, seeks a Senior Project Manager – Land Development in Fayetteville, AR to lead site design and land development projects. You will monitor progress, manage budgets, and coordinate with departments to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture degree, Arkansas professional licensure, and 5+ years of PM experience; strong AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Professional Engineer or Professional Landscape Architect license in the State of Arkansas.
• 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Through understanding of land development processes.
• Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Creativity and problem solving.
• Time management and planning.
• Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Strong work ethic and driving record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a wide variety of projects.
• Resolving escalated issues with cross-department coordination.
• Maintain progress and minimize costs while maximizing benefits.
• Develop construction documents for site development using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with project team to deliver on time and budget.
• Prepare reports and written communications.
• Review compliance with municipal zoning, geotechnical reports, and codes.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
