Job summary

AL Homes Inc., a brand of AlphaX RE Capital, is seeking a Land Development Associate to support planning, coordination, and execution of residential and mixed-use land development projects from acquisition through construction turnover.

You will work closely with the Land Development, Acquisitions, Project Management, Finance, Construction, and external consultants to manage due diligence, entitlement, design coordination, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple land development projects through acquisition, entitlement, design, permitting, infrastructure construction, and project closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and development timelines.
• Coordinate project activities with internal departments and external consultants.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule or budget risks.
• Review consultant reports and assist with entitlement applications and permit submissions.
• Track approvals and maintain entitlement documentation.
