Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Three years of related experience with civil construction, landscaping, irrigation systems, and/or training hardscape installation and maintenance.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Review civil improvement plans, geotechnical evaluations, and project specifications to deliver finished lots.
• Oversee development and scheduling for infrastructure installation and landscaping.
• Meet with officials during installation and inspections of civil construction.
• Track milestones and report delays to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in bid process and contract scope development.
• Review land development contracts awarded to subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company policy.
• Travel overnight as needed.
