Job summary

MAS Development is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee civil entitlements, approvals, and permits for projects. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, site contractors, and construction management, while supporting due diligence on prospective projects.

The role requires coordinating with consultants, engineers, and planners, maintaining budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. Travel may be required to supervise sites and HOA engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory project management experience in land development or homebuilding.
• Experience with residential subdivisions and entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence on prospective projects, including budgets and schedules and reviewing development plans.
• Coordinate and oversee a team of consultants during construction phases.
• Maintain project schedule and report status to management.
• Prepare bid packages and analyze bids to justify awards.
• Review invoices, issue purchase orders, and manage change orders.
