Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a ++Land++Intern++ for hands-on experience across its departments, with rotations and project work designed to build a foundation in homebuilding and related services.

You will support daily operations, participate in trainings, and gain exposure to field and office environments. Qualified candidates are currently enrolled in a four-year college, entering junior or senior year, or recently graduated, and demonstrate initiative, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college/university.
• Entering junior or senior year, or recently graduated.
• Demonstrated interest in homebuilding, financing, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the assigned department, division, or location.
• Assist with project research, reporting, and administrative activities.
• Learn department responsibilities, systems, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members across functions to support customer experience.
• Participate in trainings, rotations, and other learning opportunities.
• Explore future full-time opportunities after graduation.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all business interactions.
• Travel as needed for business requirements.
