- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and entering junior or senior year.
- Pursuing a degree related to business, real estate, or construction.
- Interest in land development and homebuilding is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations within the assigned department or field location.
- Assist with projects, research, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Learn departmental responsibilities and company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand how functions support customers.
- Participate in rotations, trainings, and other learning opportunities.
- Explore future full-time opportunities after graduation.
