EverHire in Charlotte is seeking a Group Manager to lead the land development group, overseeing a team of engineers, designers and project managers and delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

You will own client relationships with developers, builders and municipalities, drive business development and guide the group to larger pursuits, with leadership backing and an employee-owned culture.

Formación

• 12+ years of land development experience in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning work and growing a book of business.
• Strong relationships in the Charlotte development market.
• North Carolina PE license or ability to obtain quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Charlotte land development group, including: Managing and developing a team of engineers, designers and project managers.
• Overseeing delivery of residential, commercial and mixed-use land development projects.
• Owning client relationships with developers, builders and municipalities.
• Driving business development and building the group's presence in the Charlotte market.
• Managing group performance, including budgets, utilization and resourcing.
• Working with other disciplines across the firm to win and deliver larger pursuits.
