AVCON, INC. in Tampa, FL seeks an Engineer, Land Development to assist with infrastructure planning and design, site development planning, stormwater design, pavement evaluations, utilities, and related services.

You will support entitlement processes, permitting, and coordination with clients and authorities to advance projects. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormWise, and

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's).
2-5 years of experience in land development.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Working knowledge of StormWise, EPANET/WaterCAD/StormCAD.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

Assist in design elements to complete a project with team members.
Prepare complete project documentation including plans, specs and estimates.
Evaluate and adapt standard techniques to project assignments.
Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work across multiple projects.
Assist with scopes, budgets and schedules.
Assist with proposals and project reports.
Interact with clients, contractors and team members.
Attend project meetings and present engineering aspects.
