AVCON, INC. is seeking a Land Development Project Manager, Civil Engineer in Florida. You will manage site-development projects from proposal through construction, coordinating engineers and sub-consultants, while ensuring quality control and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include designing site elements, preparing plans and specs, and developing proposals and status reports, with frequent client meetings and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in site-development engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with StormWise and KYPipe or similar software.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Responsabilités

• Manage site-development projects from proposal through construction.
• Oversee design elements, plans, surveys, investigations, structures, and equipment.
• Prepare project documentation, specs, and engineer estimates.
• Coordinate engineers and sub-consultants to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop proposals, bid documents, and project reports.
• Present updates at project meetings and manage client communications.
