Core States Group is seeking a dynamic Civil Engineering Designer for land development projects in Kent, WA. This on-site role focuses on designing and delivering land development solutions, coordinating with agencies and clients, and producing detailed civil design work using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

Experience in site development design and civil engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions for project challenges.
Prepare construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project documents.
Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit applications.
Prepare grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Research regulatory requirements and design standards.
Perform detailed calculations for stormwater facilities, utilities, and roadways.
Prepare technical reports and presentation materials.
Assist project engineers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Attend project meetings.
