Job summary

Langan is seeking a CAD Designer to join its Bellevue, WA team. You will work with engineers to prepare plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS to support project delivery for private sector clients.

The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of AutoCAD experience, and strong attention to detail. Langan offers a comprehensive package including health, life, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and professional reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in drafting, civil technology or related field.
• 2+ years of AutoCAD experience; Civil 3D a plus.
• Ability to produce accurate work with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to customer service and responsive support to the firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft detailed drawings and maps for planning and construction.
• Process survey data for contours and utility plans.
• Perform site grading and civil calculations with Civil 3D.
• Produce engineering drawings including plans, sections, and details.
• Prepare erosion and sediment control reports and plans.
• Conduct vehicle turning studies with AutoTURN or similar tools.
• Perform other duties as needed.
