Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee daily land development activities for communities under contract with developers.

Based in the King of Prussia area, you will coordinate subdivision approvals, development improvements, and due diligence, ensuring timely openings for sales. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of land development experience are required, with preference for engineering or urban planning backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering/Urban Planning or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of land development experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the division and NVR developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement process.
• Identify bottlenecks and potential delays early and provide solutions to meet planned community sales opening dates.
• Participate in due diligence studies on new acquisitions.
• Maintain company standard database to track the status of each community through the municipal approval process and land development process.
