Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years land acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Real estate finance experience.
• Skilled in land deal structuring.
• Background in land planning, zoning, law, and real estate.
• Homebuilding industry experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform land feasibility studies with marketing and production teams.
• Negotiate with land owners to secure prime sites at best prices.
• Provide timing for proposed development analyses.
• Coordinate with development teams for efficient lot use.
• Oversee site development including zoning and planning.
• Represent NVR in local communities.
