Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Regional Land Development Manager to oversee the development and delivery of residential lots across the Nashville region, coordinating grading, site prep, and approval processes to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.

You will liaise with internal teams, developers, consultants, and local agencies, balance budgets, monitor progress, and drive value engineering to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in land development, construction, or real estate development.
• Knowledge of site development, grading, and municipal approval processes.
• Strong project coordination, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies evaluating technical, financial, and market factors.
• Coordinate and track lot development and approval activity across communities.
• Review and manage HOA documentation, budgets, and approvals.
• Oversee grading, dirt work, and site preparation to ensure quality standards.
• Drive quality control, cost reduction, and value engineering initiatives.
• Participate in inspections, compliance reviews, and developer coordination.
• Serve as liaison with municipalities, community groups, and industry organizations.
• Support team development, training, and developer relationship management.
