Job summary

Responsibilities

Works with marketing and production teams to complete land feasibility studies.
Negotiate directly with land owners to secure prime sites at the best price.
Provide accurate timing for proposed development analyses.
Collaborate with development team to ensure efficient land use and cost-effective lots.
Oversee site development, including local zoning, planning and pricing.
Monitor local market trends in home building and pricing with marketing team.
Arrange lot development and represent NVR in the local community.
