D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Land Coordinator in Louisville, KY to support the Land Development team. You will assist with land acquisition, development tasks, and project coordination to keep commitments on track.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or similar experience and can prepare reports, manage budgets, and coordinate with attorneys, HOA boards, and vendors. This role requires attention to detail and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 2–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with land development, acquisitions and land/lot purchases.
• Run various land reports.
• Oversee file setup, distribution and maintenance.
• Update development project schedules.
• Coordinate HUD approval for specific projects.
• Generate purchase orders for land acquisition and development work.
• Prepare weekly Funding Requests for land acquisition contracts and coding sheets.
• Assist with land permit processing and track permit status.
• Coordinate with attorneys for HOA documents and disclosures.
• Manage and update project budgets.
• Assist and coordinate with new projects market studies.
• Oversee monumentation, site elements and design themes.

Education

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Two to three years related experience and/or training
