Job summary

Williams is seeking a highly experienced professional to manage land records, perform data analysis, and train others. You will handle the land database, prepare reports, and participate in due diligence for asset acquisitions and dispositions across the energy portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in land records management or title specialization, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in land records management or title specialization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a super-user and specialist of the land database, handle data entry, reporting, and training.
• Analyze accounts for payments and other financial obligations.
• Mentor colleagues and act as an industry specialist.
• Lead due diligence for land files during asset acquisition or disposition.
• Prepare legal descriptions and drawings.
• Submit permit, license, and renewal applications.
• Assess land rights related to abandonment and retirement of assets.
