Responsibilities and Expectations
- Serves as a super‑user and specialist of the company land database, including data entry, preparing reports, and providing training.
- Accounts for calculations related to all payments and other financial obligations.
- Mentors others and serves as an industry specialist.
- Leads due diligence efforts on coordinating the land files when considering acquisition or disposition of assets.
- Prepares sophisticated legal descriptions and drawings.
- Prepares applications for permits, licenses, and renewals.
- Analyzes land rights and obligations pertaining to abandonment and retirement of pipeline and facility assets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Other Requirements
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Safety is the utmost priority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
- Knowledge of financial systems.
