Job summary

Williams is seeking a Land Records Specialist in Pittsburgh to manage the company land database, perform data entry, and prepare detailed reports. The role includes mentoring peers and coordinating due diligence for asset transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with 6+ years in land records/data management, plus strong MS Office and financial systems knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement offered; emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma/GED and a minimum of six years in land records management/data management systems and title specialist.
  • Industrial safety and accuracy are essential for handling land-related data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills; knowledge of financial systems is a plus.

  • Serves as a super‑user and specialist of the company land database, including data entry, preparing reports, and providing training.
  • Accounts for calculations related to all payments and other financial obligations.

  • Leads due diligence efforts on coordinating the land files when considering acquisition or disposition of assets.
  • Prepares sophisticated legal descriptions and drawings.
  • Prepares applications for permits, licenses, and renewals.
  • Analyzes land rights and obligations pertaining to abandonment and retirement of pipeline and facility assets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
