Job summary

Williams is seeking a highly experienced professional to manage land records, perform data analysis, and train others. You will handle the land database, prepare reports, and participate in due diligence for asset acquisitions and dispositions across the energy portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in land records management or title specialization, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems is required.

  • Assess land rights related to abandonment and retirement of assets.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as super‑user and specialist of the company land database, including data entry, preparing reports, and providing training.
  • Analyze accounts for calculations related to all payments and other financial obligations.
  • Mentor others and serve as an industry specialist.
  • Lead due diligence efforts on coordinating the land files when considering acquisition or disposition of assets.
  • Prepare sophisticated legal descriptions and drawings.
  • Prepare applications for permits, licenses, and renewals.
  • Analyze land rights and obligations pertaining to abandonment and retirement of pipeline and facility assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Other Requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and places safety as the utmost priority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
  • Knowledge of financial systems.
