Job summary

NewRange seeks a Land Management Specialist to support land tenure, access, and property management across development properties. You will administer agreements, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and cost-effective land strategies.

Responsibilities include tracking licenses, monitoring obligations, and supporting acquisitions or divestments while leveraging GIS Tools to keep land data organized and accessible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in land management or related fields.
• Experience in resource development environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land tenure administration and agreement tracking.
• Maintain land records and support regulatory compliance.
• Assist with property transactions, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Engage with regulatory agencies, landowners, and internal teams.
• Utilize GIS and data systems to manage land tenure information.
