• Comfortable using Excel to organize large spreadsheets and datasets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain lease, ownership, tract, and related project data in spreadsheets and land databases.
• Review documents for accuracy and consistency across ownership information.
• Track important dates such as lease terms, expirations, and extensions.
• Organize files and supporting documentation in shared digital systems.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate issues early.
• Support reporting, file preparation, and client-ready deliverables.
• Maintain clear digital folders, naming conventions, and version control across projects.
• Provide timely updates on priorities or deadlines that affect progress.
