Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required; related field preferred for Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; experience in facilities/maintenance is advantageous.
• Five years of equal work experience or more is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and site infrastructure.
• Lead a sanitation team of 11, ensuring food-grade audits and safety compliance.
• Manage vendor contracts and cost control through Ryder RFP processes.
• Operate CMMS work orders, track maintenance, and generate reports.
• Coordinate security, space/occupancy, and supplier relationships.
• Support disaster recovery/business continuity planning for the site.
