Job summary

F&M Trust is seeking a Commercial Services Relationship Manager for the Lancaster County market. You will grow a commercial loan portfolio, deepen client relationships, and cross-sell banking services while representing the bank in the community.

You will build partnerships with CPAs, attorneys, lenders, and local business leaders, delivering trusted advisory guidance and driving full relationship strategies across the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of commercial lending or business banking experience with proven business development results.
• Strong Lancaster County market knowledge and network.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver's license.
• Advisory mindset and relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio by cultivating relationships.
• Secure commercial deposits, generate fee income, and deepen relationships through cross selling.
• Partner with Treasury Management to deliver full commercial relationships.
• Build relationships with CPAs, attorneys, commercial realtors, and other community partners.
• Provide guidance and solutions to business clients as trusted advisor.
• Represent F&M Trust in the market through networking and community involvement.
