Job summary

F&M Trust seeks an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to expand its Lancaster County market, grow a robust loan portfolio, and deepen client relationships. You will develop deposits, cross-sell services, and collaborate with Treasury Management to deliver full commercial relationships.

The role requires five years in commercial lending or business banking, a well-established local network, and travel within the market. Strong advisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial lending or business banking experience.
• Strong familiarity with Lancaster County and surrounding business communities.
• Comfort initiating conversations and expanding centers of influence.
• Advisory mindset and client-focused relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio by identifying, cultivating, and retaining business relationships.
• Secure commercial deposits, generate fee income, and deepen relationships through cross selling and referrals.
• Partner with Treasury Management to deliver full commercial relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with CPAs, attorneys, commercial realtors, and other community partners.
• Provide thoughtful guidance and solutions to business clients as a trusted advisor.
• Represent F&M Trust in the market through networking and community involvement.
