Adventist HealthCare’s Shady Grove Medical Center seeks a LAN I Technician to join the Information Technology team in Rockville, MD. You will provide operations support for on-site requests, incidents, and access-related efforts, and assist with device deployment and configuration.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and an A+ certification (or within 6 months). ITILv3 Foundations is preferred, with a strong focus on PMBOK/ITIL principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Service Operations response and support for all requests, incidents and access-related efforts on-site.
• Assist with installation, configuration, upgrade, and day-to-day administration and support for the compute environment.
• Support administration and configuration of endpoint devices including laptops, tablets, desktops, peripherals, and clinical devices.
• Conduct site surveys and document current site equipment, configurations, and user requirements; flexible schedule and after-hours on-call.
• Follow change and release management processes and assist with device refresh and deployment activities.
• Participate in creating work breakdown structures for automated and manual provisioning configurations; align with PMBOK and ITIL principles.
