Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Laminating Helper on 2nd shift (M-F, 1:15pm–9:45pm avg 40-65 hr/wk) to assist the laminator operator with setup, operation, cleanup and improvements.

Responsibilities include label inspection, maintaining storage, quality checks on corrugated sheets, glue application, and equipment optimization. Benefits begin Day 1 and a comprehensive package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up laminator accurately according to setup techniques.
• Inspect labels before run to ensure they are to specification (trim & registration).
• Maintain and organize the label storage area; provide inventories to sales and accounting.
