Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Laminator Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu) to manage solventless laminator setup and production, perform maintenance, and ensure clean, compliant operations on the production floor.

The role emphasizes material accuracy, daily readiness, quality verification, and ability to train on additional machines, with a competitive hourly rate and strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read gauges and use measurement tools accurately.
• Understanding lamination workflows and material handling.
• Capable of completing production-related paperwork.
• Experience with quality checks before production orders.
• Willingness to learn additional production machines.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials for production and ensure correct usage.
• Run the specified material length and verify production data.
• Prepare for next day’s production at end of shift.
• Perform quality checks before processing orders.
• Load/unload materials from laminators; maintain equipment.
• Operate laminating machines per procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct daily/periodic maintenance as required.
• Keep machines and area clean; report quality issues.
