Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year boating/building experience preferred.
• 3 years fiberglass lamination experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure.
• Ability to read and follow a production schedule and use hand/power tools.
• Must work in hot, dusty environments and pass a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and adjusts resin mixers and pumps.
• Reads production schedule and ensures parts move to the next station timely.
• Follows safety standards, including PPE, chemical handling, and respirator use.
