Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• General math skills required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; handle a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Move parts into position in the Lamination Department.
• Prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards.
• Select fiberglass material according to part model and roll out laminate, eliminating air bubbles.
• Trim excess material from mold using cutting tool.
• Mix catalyst into resin using proper handling procedures.
• Cut fiberglass mat from spool as needed using scissors.
• Use mill gauge to accurately determine material thickness.
