Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a Lamination Technician - RTM in a fiberglass manufacturing role. You will perform resin transfer molding tasks, prepare molds, and move finished parts through the line, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs and PPE usage in a hot, dusty environment.

Essentially, you will operate resin mixers and pumps, review production schedules, and maintain safety standards. This role supports Brunswick's diverse marine brands and promises a collaborative, growth‑oriented team

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1 year boating building experience preferred.
3 years fiberglass lamination experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and tape measure.
Ability to read and understand a production schedule.
Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, powered and manual.
Must pass a respirator fit test.
Able to work in a hot and dusty environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

Maintains and adjusts resin mixers and pumps.
Reads production schedule and ensures parts are completed and moved on to the next station in a timely manner.
Follow all safety standards and procedures, including chemical handling standards and PPE.
PPE requirements include respirators, gloves, chemical resistance aprons, and chemical resistant suits.
Ability to use hand, battery, and pneumatic tools.
