Job summary

Brunswick is hiring a Grade 3 Lamination Technician in the RTM Innovation group in Vonore, TN. The role focuses on fiberglass lamination, mold prep for gel coaters, and moving finished parts to the next stage.

Expect heavy lifting, PPE use, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. At Brunswick, you’ll join a team delivering next-generation marine components and benefits like medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year boating building experience preferred.
• 3 years fiberglass lamination experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read a tape measure and production schedule.
• Ability to use hand, powered and pneumatic tools.
• Must pass respirator fit test and work with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and adjusts resin mixers and pumps.
• Reads production schedule and ensures timely completion and transfer to next station.
• Follows safety standards, PPE requirements and chemical handling procedures.
• Uses hand, battery and pneumatic tools as required.
