Job summary

Brunswick is hiring a Lamination Technician I to perform routine mixing and lay-up of composite materials, including fiberglass, resins, and gel coats, using open mold and vacuum infusion processes.

You will prepare molds, apply fiberglass materials, and finish hulls, decks, and molds to required specifications while working with a team in a fast-paced marine manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long shifts (10+ hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mixing and lay-up of composite materials using open mold and vacuum infusion.
• Prepare molds and apply fiberglass materials per instructions and quality standards.
• Sand, grind, and finish fiberglass hulls, decks, and small molds to spec.
