Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations and shift leadership.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, monitor quality, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Willingness to train staff and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Direct Daily Operations: Coordinate and assign daily tasks to production operators to meet schedules and targets.
• Shift Handoffs: Communicate production status and issues between shifts to ensure continuity.
• Training & Mentorship: Onboard new operators and mentor staff on SOPs.
• Resource Allocation: Reallocate personnel or materials to maintain flow and efficiency.
