As part of the talented Sea Ray lamination team, you will supervise production employees in our Small Parts department and assign work while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will also support the successful launch and integration of new models transitioning from a sister plant by coordinating training, standard work adoption, and process alignment. Recommend and execute improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions through listening, engaging employees, and problem solving. Act as the company conduit for employee communications to keep employees informed of news, changes, and operational updates.

The hiring range for this position is $49,900 - $69,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
