Job summary

WORLD CAT is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Lamination to lead our lamination team and ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time production goals are met.

This role coordinates daily workflow, develops employees, addresses performance and quality concerns, and supports continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with Engineering and Product Development to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years of lamination experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hold employees accountable and handle difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities
