Job summary

Ridge Corporation is seeking a Lamination Operator in Frazeysburg, OH to run lamination equipment, meet quality and production goals, and collaborate with production, safety, quality, and engineering teams.

The position is full-time hourly 1st or 2nd shift with overtime on Fridays; pay starts up to $19.25/hour with a 10% shift differential on the 2nd shift and quarterly bonus opportunities. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and basic English and math skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic English and perform basic math including tape measure reading.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong time management and teamwork.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience operating machines or heavy equipment to precise measurements or print specs.

Responsibilities

• Follow start-up through shutdown work instructions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot machines, checking output speed, pressure, temp, and tensions.
• Plan and lead changeovers, directing material handlers for supplies.
• Record production data in ERP while running; maintain safety procedures.
