Job summary

Ridge Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Lamination Operator to run and monitor lamination equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production, safety, quality and engineering teams to meet production goals and exact print specifications.

This full-time, hourly role offers first and second shifts with pay up to $19.25 to start, plus a 10% shift differential for second shift and quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in machine operation or maintenance.
• Experience operating machines to exact measurements or specs.
• Overhead crane certification (can be earned on the job within 90 days).
• Ability to read and understand basic English and do basic math including reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions from start-up through shutdown.
• Monitor and troubleshoot machines for output speed, pressure, temperature, and tensions to meet quality goals.
• Plan and lead changeovers, directing material handlers to supply materials.
• Record production data in ERP system.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
• Keep area clean and organized using 5S methods.
• Meet or exceed production standards and suggest process improvements.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
