Job summary

Baycompanies is seeking a Material Handler to support its metal building insulation laminating operation. You will load, unload, and move fiberglass insulation and facing materials, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate documentation and safe handling.

Responsibilities include maintaining correct inventory records, processing shipments, and adhering to OSHA standards. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and physical stamina are essential for this on-site role in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, Bills of Lading, Packing Slips.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished laminated rolls using forklifts and other approved equipment.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production areas in correct order and quantity.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and documentation for shipments and inventory.
• Verify incoming shipments against orders and packing slips; report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP system movements.
• Conduct quality checks on product labeling and documentation.
