Job summary

Bay Insulation Systems is seeking a Materials Handler to support production flow in the laminating operation. You will load, unload, and move fiberglass insulation and facing materials, ensuring timely laminator operation and accurate documentation including Bills of Lading and Packing Slips.

You will operate forklifts safely, maintain inventory records, and verify shipments while adhering to OSHA standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read Bills of Lading, Picking Lists, and Packing Slips.

Responsibilities

• Support material flow and loading/unloading of fiberglass insulation and facing.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain equipment checks.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist production and shipping.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.
