Job summary

Vanna Health is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Lake County, Indiana, to oversee our services and drive operational excellence. The role requires coordinating clinical teams and collaborating with community partners to ensure top-level care for members.

The Site Manager will align with Clinical and Technology leadership to identify improvement opportunities, supervise coaches, and propel growth. This role is in-person, located in Lake County, with daily office attendance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience providing mentorship, feedback, and professional development for direct reports.
• Experience working and scaling a high growth services organization.
• Comfort managing to numbers and leading the team to meet key performance metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional implementations of new projects from start to finish.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry involving complex physical and behavioral care, including SMI (serious mental illness).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Tech-savvy; able to use digital tools to stay organized, communicate effectively, and support day-to-day operations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel into the office daily.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and excellence in the delivery of Vanna's services to our members, including outreach, member-centered engagement, coordination of health care needs, and connecting members to care providers.
• Ensure that Lake County site meets its business objectives, including KPIs and budget.
• Hire great people to grow our team of coaches, and ensure their success and continued growth.
• Manage coaches and provide mentorship and feedback.
• Work with clinical and technology teams to continually improve internal processes and the quality of care.
• Build relationships with health system clients and community partners, ensuring high quality communication and establishing long-term relationships.
