Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate mothers on breastfeeding, latch, positioning, and feeding techniques.
• Address common lactation challenges such as nipple pain, engorgement, and low milk supply.
• Guide pumping, storage, and handling of breast milk.
• Assess mothers and infants to identify lactation issues and plan care.
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor progress; support NICU infants with feeding strategies.
