Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess breastfeeding techniques and milk transfer understanding.
• Educate families and communicate breastfeeding strategies to staff.
• Make follow-up calls within one week of discharge to monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate care plans with patient/family-centered goals.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
