Job summary
Spectraforce is seeking a hands-on LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist (LabWare 8) for a 5-month, onsite engagement in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role focuses on configuring LabWare LIMS 8 within a GMP-regulated laboratory and coordinating with Quality, Validation, IT, and lab teams.
The ideal candidate will implement lab workflows for raw material testing, finished product testing, and stability programs, and support integration with LabX, Empower, and other systems, ensuring
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS, preferably LabWare 8.
- Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences labs.
- Experience with LabX, Empower, or similar platforms for integration.
- Experience supporting LIMS validation, testing, or CSV activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specs, and test templates.
- Configure and support raw material, finished product, and stability testing workflows.
- Support integration of laboratory instruments and external systems with LabWare.
- Troubleshoot LabWare configuration, workflow, and interface issues.
- Translate requirements into compliant LabWare configurations and support testing/validation.
- Prepare validation documentation and support change control activities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams.
- Assist deployment, go-live, and post-production troubleshooting.
