Job summary

IntelliBee seeks an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist to drive a LabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory setting. You will configure raw material, product, stability workflows and support validation activities while integrating laboratory equipment and systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred).
• Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with raw material testing, commercial product testing, stability programs, or laboratory equipment integration.
• Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.
• Familiarity with LabWare-related systems such as LabX or Empower.

Responsibilities

• Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
• Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
• Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
• Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
• Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to deploy LabWare successfully.
