Job summary

1st Choice, LLC seeks an experienced LabWare LIMS Implementation Consultant (SME) to lead and support full-lifecycle LabWare LIMS v8+ deployments in regulated water and wastewater labs.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, configure, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support, including instrument integrations and reporting deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring and administering LabWare LIMS v8+.
• Experience implementing LabWare LIMS within water and wastewater laboratory environments.
• Proven experience with CLT and EWT template implementations.
• Advanced proficiency with LIMS Basic programming.
• Experience with instrument integration, Crystal Reports, EDDs, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and quality management processes.
• Experience participating in full-lifecycle LIMS implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LabWare LIMS implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Configure, customize, and administer LabWare LIMS v8+ in regulated labs.
• Implement and support LabWare industry templates.
• Develop and troubleshoot LIMS Basic code for calculations and workflows.
• Configure automated sample scheduling for tests.
• Integrate instruments using LabStation or middleware.
• Design, develop, and modify Crystal Reports.
• Create and support EDDs for client/regulatory reporting.
• Configure and support eQMS and Control Charting functionality.
• Configure and optimize LabWare mobile solutions for tablets and devices.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and post-implementation support.

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Implementation Consultant (SME) to lead and support the implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment of LabWare LIMS v8+ within regulated water and wastewater laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with full-lifecycle LIMS implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LabWare LIMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Configure, customize, and administer LabWare LIMS v8+ in regulated laboratory environments.
• Implement and support LabWare industry templates, including:
• Develop and troubleshoot LIMS Basic code to support calculations, workflows, and system integrations.
• Configure automated sample scheduling for routine and non-routine testing.
• Implement and maintain Standard and Reagent Inventory Manager modules.
• Integrate laboratory instruments using LabStation or similar middleware solutions.
• Design, develop, and modify Crystal Reports.
• Create and support Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD) for client and regulatory reporting.
• Configure and support eQMS and Control Charting functionality.
• Configure and optimize LabWare mobile solutions for tablets and mobile devices.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications
