Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a LabVantage LIMS Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support, configuration, and troubleshooting for the LabVantage LIMS system. This onsite role focuses on L1/L2 support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

You will work with QA/QC workflows, assist in upgrades, and support integrations and validations. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in IT/ Pharma/ Chemistry/ Biotech with 4–7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Pharma, Chemistry or Biotech.
• 4–7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience.
• Knowledge of lab workflows: QC, QA, Stability.
• Hands-on experience in LabVantage LIMS configuration and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for LIMS issues.
• Troubleshoot SQL, Java, Groovy, and configuration issues.
• Support integrations and validation activities.
• Assist in upgrades, patches, and release management.
