Job summary

CSols Inc. is seeking a LabVantage Developer to design, build, and deliver LIMS solutions for clients across regulated and non-regulated labs. We support data migration, validation, and ongoing assistance in a remote setting across the USA and Canada.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with LabVantage LIMS, strong scripting (SQL, Groovy/Java, Python), and experience in GxP environments. Join a team that values excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field with strong programming experience
• 5+ years hands-on LabVantage LIMS implementation and customization
• Experience administering, configuring, developing, testing and supporting large LabVantage LIMS solutions
• Experience with both GxP and Non-GxP implementations
• Experience validating LIMS changes in active GxP environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for data migration, transformation, or automation preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, develop, test and maintain LabVantage LIMS
• Serve as LIMS administrator, developer, and technical documenter in regulated environments
• Design, implement, and support ELN/LES functionality
• Own end-to-end data migration and transformation for LabVantage LIMS
• Build automation scripts (SQL, Groovy/Java, Python) to accelerate data migration
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline migration and automation
• Create and customize reports using Jaspersoft Studio and LabVantage reporting tools
• Translate user requirements into functional specs and documentation
• Author SOPs, change control records, and testing documentation
• Support deployment and lifecycle activities for LIMS-enabled labs
