We're looking for a Laborer to join our Aerial Crew team to help connect America. As a Laborer, Aerial Crew, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring work is within customer standards.

What you’ll do as a Telecom Aerial Laborer

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed
• Ensure daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment; drive company vehicles if licensed
• Complete door-tagging and resident notifications before starting work
• Stock, clean, and maintain vehicles and equipment
• Perform hand digging with shovels and mechanical tools
• Direct/flag traffic according to DOT guidelines
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call duties as needed
• Work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience in telecommunications labor is a plus
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Possibility of pole climbing certification or proficiency

Physical abilities & exposures

• Work with arms above shoulder level, climb stairs, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 lbs, operate vehicles and machinery
• Occasionally use ladders, keyboards, and mice
