Job summary

RES is seeking a field technician to safely perform Civil and Electrical duties at our project site in Arkansas. You will follow safety procedures, review plans, and communicate critical information to the team.

You will assist operators to drive piles for solar arrays, maintain and inspect tools, and ensure work is performed to design specifications. A valid driver's license and pre-employment background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions.
• Experience with pile driving and rigging/groundsman work.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Reliable attendance.

Summary:

Responsible for safely and efficiently performing Civil/Electrical duties at the project site.

Requirements:

• Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
• Assist operators to drive piles to provide support for solar arrays/panels
• Ability to measure and "spot" equipment
• Review project plans and drawings and ensure that the project is built according to design
• Communicate job information to important parties
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices
• Maintain tools and equipment; perform safety checks
• Clean equipment as required

Qualifications:

• Must be able to provide a resume
• Must have experience with pile driving(recent rigging/groundsman experience)
• Valid Driver’s License
• The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Provide personal transportation to and from the job site
• Proof of Identity and Employment AuthorizationMust pass 10 panel drug screen and background check
